Estrogen is a hormone that is found in both sexes yet Estrogen Levles are higher in women then they are in men much like testerone is in higher levels in men than in women

so the increase of Estrogen in men, well, you can surely understand why this is bad for guys right?

yes, meaning levels of sperm go down, and if constantly eating Soy Protein, well, forget about youre genes going into the gene pool
